Boiler servicing ensures your boiler is more energy efficient so you don't waste money.

And a study carried out for insurance giant Churchill found that an amazing 42% of home owners didn't get their boiler serviced at all.

As well as the dangers of having a boiler which may be unsafe, many of these boiler owners are pumping money into the atmosphere, as prolonged failure to service gas boilers usually makes them extremely inefficient.

Radiators - bleeding - obvious?

And the survey also found that roughly the same number of people didn't bleed their radiators either.

What a waste of money!
